FranchisingWorks is an innovative programme to create new businesses and jobs through franchising. Led by franchise professionals and drawing on support from across the UK franchise community, FranchisingWorks operates alongside local business support organisations and the banks to raise awareness and understanding of franchising and to introduce franchisee candidates to suitable franchisors.

FranchisingWorks has also developed its own Licence Fund, a unique source of funding to help those wishing to start up their own franchise business. Participating franchisors therefore benefit from a pool of pre-qualified candidates with all the necessary funding

FranchisingWorks is currently running a pilot in the Greater Manchester region, with the support of RBS Group, NESTA, AGMA and the New Economy. This will eventually form the basis for a national FranchisingWorks programme.
